Korea, China, the U.S. and Japan working together to stop World War III!

There is an official cable from President Biden in the U.S. White House ordering anti-Japanese policies in Korea and China, anti-Japanese education, and preparing for World War III by allowing the Chinese Coast Guard to use weapons at sea. Furthermore, threatening U.S. presidents is the U.N. and its military arm, NATO, which is practically the U.S. military and there is video evidence, on WikiLeaks, that they are machine gunning for good, innocent civilians, that they are ISIS, that they are the Islamic State, that they are the U.S. military. They read, write, and speak English. They have blond hair and blue eyes. They are not Arabs, by all accounts. They are Americans and American troops. They are controlled by Rothschild. The source of funds seems to be Rothschild's banks and the money that continues to be illegally transferred from Japan to bribe, kidnap, and torture Japanese police of Japanese wealthy people, zaibatsu and Diet members, prime ministers and their wives and families.
