I would like to see a budget that would allow us to hire and train people with no or limited experience in foreign languages and IT around the world.

It seems that there are many Diet members who are athletic. However, I think it is important to have a budget for the training of IT personnel, including web programmers, DEVOPS, and infrastructure, as well as for the training of programmers who develop open source and freeware software, and for those who want to work for foreign companies and trade to learn foreign languages such as English and Chinese for free. I would like to see the world allocate a larger portion of the national budget to the development and maintenance of AI teacher websites and applications so that people who want to learn foreign languages such as English and Chinese can do so for free, as well as to the living expenses and activities of civilians. I would like to see more consideration, thoughtfulness, and deliberation on the budget for hiring and human resource development, including those with no experience.
