Mostly impossible.
In the case of Windows applications, when they are installed, they record other information about where they were installed.
If PC-A installs it on the NAS, PC-B does not record any information about where it was installed.
If you use such software, you can freely start it from PC-A or PC-B by specifying the executable file on the NAS.
