Question. Can't the firmware be updated to 384khz/32bit on digital coaxial?

Answer.

Coaxial digital and optical digital are not supported by many manufacturers.

Most manufacturers have a maximum sampling rate of up to 192kHz/24bit (32bit is not available). (32-bit is not possible).

For optical digital, some devices have a maximum sampling rate of 96 kHz.

This is considered to be a limitation of the standard.
