Only Okazaki City and Osaka City have deployed the MIC's Salamander, a special vehicle for emergency disaster relief. The problem is that there is not enough budget to deploy them all over Japan, along with OEM production of Russian-made Rear propeller-less, double-propeller, coastal crosswind-resistant helicopters and exporting them through trade all over the world. Like the Thunderbirds, we would like to see the Self-Defense Forces and the Maritime Safety Agency prepare a system to be deployed for emergency disaster relief, not war.
