仕事内容

ビザスクが運営する、スポットコンサルサービス「ビザスク 」を中心に、自社サービスのWebサービスのサーバーサイド・フロントエンド開発に携わっていただきます。

ビザスクでは、大企業から起業予備軍まで、新規事業や業務改善の「教えて欲しい」「相談したい」というニーズに、ビジネスパーソンが有する最適なビジネス知見を1時間という短い単位でマッチングします。そのため、私達が構築している独自の知見データベースには、職務経歴書のような網羅的な情報とは違う、一つ一つのプロジェクトの細かな経験が記載されており、優秀なアドバイザーの専門知識と総合的見解が圧倒的な量蓄積されています。

その今までにない知見データベースと、それを活かすマッチングのプラットフォームを成長させるために、
エンジニア一人ひとりが企画からビジネス側のメンバーとディスカッションして、コンバージョンまでの数値検証、仮説立案、施策実装、効果検証を一貫して担当いただきます。

ご自身のご経験と仮説を元に施策を練っていただき、UIの最適化、検索エンジンの条件追加と精度向上、サイトAPIの高速化、電話の発着信と管理機能の連携、機械学習を活用したデータ分類/レコメンド等、数値を伸ばすためのありとあらゆる手をつくしていただきます。

- 検索エンジンの品質向上
- 分析業務の自動化
※ Web開発以外にも、インフラ構築やネイティブアプリ開発などにもチャレンジいただくことが可能です。

You will be involved in the server-side front-end development of your own Web service centered on the spot consulting service "Visask" operated by Visask.

At Visask, we match the needs of new businesses and business improvement needs "tell us" and "consult" from large companies to entrepreneurial reserve troops in a short unit of an hour, which is the optimal business knowledge of a business person. Therefore, our own knowledge database, which we have built, contains detailed experience of each project, which is different from exhaustive information such as work resumes, and it is possible to use the expertise of excellent advisors. There is an overwhelming accumulation of knowledge and comprehensive views.

In order to grow the unprecedented knowledge database and the matching platform that utilizes it,
each engineer discusses from planning to business members and conducts numerical verification up to conversion, hypothesis planning, measure implementation, and effect verification. I will be in charge of it consistently.

Based on your own experience and hypothesis, we will make measures, optimize the UI, add search engine conditions and improve accuracy, speed up the site API, cooperate with incoming and outgoing calls and management functions, utilize machine learning We will do all you can to improve the numerical values ​​such as data classification/recommendation.
