How about changing the name of Islam to Christianity, which deals with both the Old and New Testaments, for all Muslims?

At the same time, with a heart as tolerant as the Japanese people toward Israel and the Arab nations, it is highly possible that the Buddha in the Buddhist temples was also a Jewish teaching. Amida-sama in Buddhism is also Christ-sama.
