Price.com's answer to those whose USB-DACs are not recognized by Windows.

If you are using Windows, you can update most of the device drivers with the following freeware (free application). https://jp.iobit.com/driver-update-software/driverbooster-free.html Do you have an extended USB connector? If so, you may want to use a USB3 extension cable if your computer is using USB3. I don't know if this speaker's USB-DAC is USB2 or USB3, but most USB-DACs seem to be USB2, so if your computer has a USB2 connector, try that first. If it doesn't work, try connecting it to the blue terminal of USB3.
