Question: AVX512 support on latest CPU rather than GPU server?

In the future, is there any chance that a newer CPU with AVX512 support will be cheaper to rent than a GPU server? But still, it is expected to be more important to meet the demand and need for a high spec AI machine learning capable graphics board?
