If you want to lose weight.

Do not eat carbohydrates such as rice and noodles at dinner, and if you do eat them, eat about 80% of them at breakfast and lunch, and take a light walk within an hour after the meal. A bowl of rice is equivalent to 15 sugar cubes. A small amount of red wine after dinner is good for the heart and for preventing cancer. White wine is recognized worldwide as being good for weight loss.
