What is wrong with being paid less for a serious job?

There is often a saying that an excellent college graduate is an excellent web programmer who develops and maintains a web site that runs 24/7/365. No matter how hard humans try, they cannot process 100,000 jobs per second. And it is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

I imagine, if the salary is low, then they must be weak in IT.

It seems that many small and medium-sized companies like Germany that are strong in trade and IT are world-class companies.

Moreover, they have shorter hours and a higher rate of paid holidays than in Japan.

Trade is a national interest.
