（Nanotech Systems, Inc. will release speaker cable "SP#79 SV," which uses new HiFC conductor, on March 5. The price is 1,200 yen (1m, excluding tax).

SP#79 SV

This model uses a new conductor HiFC developed by Hitachi Metals, Ltd. The cross-sectional area is 1.3744 mm2, the insulation is PE (red + transparent) + PVC (heat resistant to 90°C), and the outer sheath is purple and 7.5 x 3.5 mm.

HiFC is a conductor in which impurities within high-purity copper are controlled by adding trace amounts of titanium to high-purity copper. The surface of this conductor is coated and impregnated with a proprietary colloidal solution of nano-sized particles of gold and silver dispersed in high concentrations in squalane oil. This is said to further enhance the clean and clear tone of HiFC.
