Product Overview
As the viewing style of video content diversifies these days, Internet-distributed content that can be enjoyed "anytime, anywhere" is rapidly developing, and various services that provide such content are expanding.
This product was developed with the aim of enabling users to enjoy various Internet contents such as YouTube and Netflix without stress, and is not equipped with a terrestrial/BS/110-degree CS digital broadcast tuner.
In order to allow users to operate the unit easily and intuitively, a simple remote control with a minimum number of buttons is included, with a direct button to YouTube, etc., and a microphone for voice search and product operation. The AndroidTV™ operating system is used for viewing Internet content, with YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video pre-installed, and other applications available for download from Google Play. The latest movies, dramas, animations, variety shows, and other programs can be enjoyed through a variety of apps.
Simple and smart remote control with no unnecessary buttons
The remote control is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. While the simple layout design eliminates as many buttons as possible, it is equipped with buttons for direct access to pre-installed applications such as YouTube. A microphone button allows users to search for content and control the product by voice using the Google Assistant function.
Built-in Dolby Audio™.
All models are Dolby Audio™ compatible, enabling users to enjoy Internet content with powerful sound. In addition, by connecting to a commercially available sound bar or speaker system via the HDMI ARC function or digital audio output terminal, a multi-channel, high-output audio environment can be created.
◆High-quality image and sound features
The flagship 50-inch 4K model is equipped with a variety of high picture and sound quality features.
On the video side, it supports HDR, which amplifies the range of brightness of images to enable enjoyment of high-contrast images. This is the first ORION product to support HDR signals in the "Dolby Vision®" format, enabling playback of 4KHDR high-definition Internet content, the distribution of which is expanding. The HDMI input terminal is equipped with video processing technology compliant with the HDMI 2.1 standard.
It also features ALLM (Automatic Low Latency Mode), which is useful when connecting PCs and home game consoles.
In terms of sound quality, in addition to the aforementioned Dolby Audio™, the system supports Dolby Atmos® digital output, allowing users to enjoy the full presence of sound pouring down from overhead when combined with a sound bar or speaker system connected via HDMI ARC/eARC*1.
