　MoneyForward, Inc. and LUX, Inc. announced on March 24 that they have started system integration between MoneyForward's cloud ERP "MoneyForward Cloud ERP" and LUX's cloud-based sales management system "Rakuraku Sales.

　Rakuraku Sales is a cloud-based business system building tool that can systemize various internal operations including sales management, customer management, and case management. MoneyForward Cloud ERP is a cloud ERP tool that can link and automate the entire back office, from accounting to personnel and labor management. It is also compatible with external services and can be flexibly linked with services currently in use.

　This time, by linking order information for projects created with Rakuraku Sales to Money Forward Cloud ERP, it is now possible to perform everything from quotation and order management to sales and billing management and accounting linkage all in one system.

　Specifically, the system manages prospective orders, quotations, and orders in Rakuraku Sales, and outputs the information managed in Rakuraku Sales as CSV data. The CSV data is then uploaded to the MoneyForward Cloud Receivables Billing, the receivables module of MoneyForward Cloud ERP, for sales posting, billing management, and payment cancellation.

　In addition, the journal data is synchronized from MoneyForward Cloud Receivables Billing to the accounting module "MoneyForward Cloud Accounting Plus" for accounting management on the same module.
