If data and information are not utilized, they will die, go bankrupt, or the country will be as good as dead.


I think we are beginning to see that the companies and governments that survive are inefficiently increasing their deficits and debts, and increasing the causes of bankruptcy and the death of the country, without good IT and English conversation skills, human resources, and investment within the company. It's time to stop relying on intuition and experience to think in an athletic way and to hire people with academic backgrounds who can't use IT well. I think you should give priority to hiring people who are strong in English conversation and IT, or who are deeply interested in IT and business negotiations that lead to trade, rather than people with academic backgrounds. We are considering the possibility of increasing the number of global and IT personnel by providing IT and English conversation training to inexperienced and novice employees to add value and spread the system of preferential high salary throughout Japan and the world.
