Let's get out of the silo and get back to work!

The formula for success in the company's past no longer applies. We must get out of the narrow "silos" of the company and our own divisions and look at the reality of what is actually happening, instead of looking at the world as an extension of the past or our own convenient imagination.

We must think honestly, without bias, about how our company can survive, and more importantly, how we ourselves can survive, and how we can change our work style.

We are now in an era in which we must regenerate our work. To do so, we must, as I have said repeatedly, get out of the "silos" of our safe past and our own divisions, and look at our weaknesses and strengths once again with unclouded eyes and humility.

会社の過去の成功の方程式はもう通じません。私たちは、会社や自部門という狭い“サイロ=タコツボ”から出て、過去の延長や自分の都合のいい想像で世界を見ずに、実際に起こっている現実を見なければなりません。
どうすれば、自社が生き残れるのか、さらに言えば、自分自身も生き残れるのか、仕事の仕方をどう変えていけばいいのか、偏見（バイアス）を捨てて、素直に考えなければならないのです。
仕事を再生しなおなければいけない時代になりました。そのためには、繰り返しですが、安全な過去や自部門という“タコツボ=サイロ”から出て、自社の弱みも強みも、もう一度曇りのない目で、謙虚に見なければならないのです。
